How is my meat delivered?
At MeatApp, we understand that high-quality meat deserves practical packaging. That’s why all our meat products are carefully sealed in heavy-duty plastic bags designed for both durability and convenience. This packaging method allows us to reduce costs, ensuring more savings are passed on to our customers, while also making it easier for clients to store, freeze, and handle their meat at home or in their business. The heavy-duty material ensures hygiene, maintains freshness, and prevents leakage during delivery—offering an efficient solution without compromising quality.
How does the subscription services work?
You have an option for a once off purchase or to subscribe to a monthly meat delivery service. The way this works is that you will have your standard order that will get shipped to you monthly but a week before scheduled delivery, you’ll get a notification to ask if you want to change any of your cuts from your initial order. If there’s no changes you’ll get the same cuts delivered to your doorstep on a monthly basis with the billing running 3 days before your scheduled delivery date.
When can I stop the subscription?
You can stop it at any time and commence with it whenever you want. You’re in full control of the entire process. You can do it via the website. There will be a quick form you fill out to indicate the reasons you’re cancelling so we can help to improve our service if it’s a matter with the service.
What happens if I’m not happy with the meat or service?
Please let us know immediately! We will also send survey forms a week after your first purchase just to gauge your satisfaction and see how we can improve our service. Please fill those in as honestly as possible. The truth will help us shape the business to one that you only want to deal with when meat is concerned.
How long do I have to wait for my meat after placing an order?
Our communicated waiting period is 24 hours but we do our best to deliver as quickly as possible. As we grow our client base logistics will need to be planned meticulously to help us deliver your meat on time.
Is there a minimum order amount for me to get free delivery?
Yes, the minimum order amount in order to get free home delivery is R1500. Once you order for more than R1500 you’ll get free home delivery. Ordering for less than R1500 we charge a delivery fee depending on your location from the butchery
Do you sell all meat including venison?
We don’t sell pork and pork products. We sell all other meats including venison from Impala, Kudus, Wilderbees etc.
